What do you sell or buy?

We buy, sell, finance and transport all products of the iron and steel chain. Our products are purchased directly from reputable manufacturers without intermediaries.

Why did you create ZSC?

We are passionate about making things simpler. We had to do something to correct the lost time and resources in today's iron and steel chain product market experienced by our founders. We also wanted to create a convenient marketplace for transactions between buyers and sellers.

What are your data sources?

In this portal, comprehensive reports will be provided to users using reliable sources and tailored to the needs of each user.

What payment methods do you accept?

We will manage the entire financial process with accurate documentation and offline. You can make secure bank-to-bank transfers using the official bank details provided by ZSC. We have the ability to trade in USD or EUR. For more information, you can contact the site's support number.

Will my information be available as a buyer or seller?

The anonymity of buyers and sellers is of the utmost importance to ZSC and we do our best to preserve it. During the purchase/sale negotiation, ZSC as the contact for both buyers and sellers ensures the entire transaction process. When products are purchased from sellers, we ask them to specify whether they allow shipping from their warehouse. We also ask them to specify whether they will deliver the product themselves. If there are any concerns about the identification of buyers and sellers, either party can request ZSC to arrange for shipping management.

The material I purchased is not as described. How can I resolve this?

ZSC handles all disputes between buyer and seller. Contact us immediately at our support number or email. We will coordinate with the seller to solve the problem for you.

My invoice is incorrect and/or delivery of my order is overdue.

Please contact the support number or email immediately. Please provide your order number and purchase date. We solve that problem for you.

Can you provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of the products?

Yes. If you need a certificate or product test, you can register the desired request in your profile.
